The orphanage Mazhalai Illam belongs to Grace Kennnett Foundation which is a non-governmental and non-profit charity organization. On average, 30 infants and children are living in the orphanage. They were surrendered, have no parents anymore or have been escaped from infanticide.
Also a hospital belongs to Grace Kennett Foundation, which gives the several arriving orphans in bad health circumstances and babies with too low birth weight the chance to survive.
Grace Kennett Foundation has a recognized, specialized adoption agency and gives the ability to find a loving family to the children.
